Potato Chips
Fresh deep fried POTATO chips. A big one-pound russet potato cut with a spiral cutter and deep-fried into an enormous potato chip. Oh, boy! Five bucks a plate is too much. We had it for snack when we went to a Pumpkin patch last weekend.

A favourite snack, but not a good one for me with cholesterol and diabetes problems lurking ahead.
